About me
My aim is to draw on my many years of professional and voluntary experience to create spaces where mental health and awareness are conveyed in an understandable and actionable way.
As a clinical psychologist, I worked for many years in psychosocial counseling settings with victims of violence, developing a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches. In parallel, I volunteered in crisis intervention and in a psychedelic outpatient clinic, where I learned how to safely support people in crisis situations.
My current offerings arose from this combination of professional expertise and volunteer work: I develop workshops and training programs, primarily for employees in the nightlife industry, to prevent sexualized violence and burnout. My aim is always to initiate lasting change and promote a more conscious and respectful work environment.
